A business development & intelligence executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the business’s growth and executing the prospect identification process through business intelligence practices (existing/new). The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal and technical skills. The executive is expected to work on new business efforts to increase prospect to qualified volume pipeline and assist with existing business development tasks to the business development team and report directly to the Global Business Development Manager.
Keep prospective client databases updated using CRM like HubSpot.
Support in preparing new business quotes and proposals.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of proposals/tenders, etc.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Assist business development team on various activities.
Understanding and streamlining existing business intelligence efforts.
Identifying novel opportunities for generating business intelligence.
Maintaining and increasing existing prospects to lead volume pipeline.
