Who We Are Looking For 

A business development & intelligence executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the business’s growth and executing the prospect identification process through business intelligence practices (existing/new). The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal and technical skills. The executive is expected to work on new business efforts to increase prospect to qualified volume pipeline and assist with existing business development tasks to the business development team and report directly to the Global Business Development Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Keep prospective client databases updated using CRM like HubSpot.

  • Support in preparing new business quotes and proposals.

  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of proposals/tenders, etc.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Assist business development team on various activities.

Business Intelligence

  • Understanding and streamlining existing business intelligence efforts.

  • Identifying novel opportunities for generating business intelligence.

  • Maintaining and increasing existing prospects to lead volume pipeline.

Education/Experience Requirements

We believe that you have:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business administration, Business Analysis, commercial law, etc.

  • Be able to create excellent quality content for sales and marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication plus interpersonal skills.

  • Must possess strong customer service skills

  • Must be detail-oriented and an active listener

  • Ability to work under pressure yet in a relaxed non-hierarchical start-up environment.

  • Software skills related to general IT, previous experience with marketing and sales. Softwares skill is highly advantageous, but if not, then a zeal for quick learning, implementation, and excellence will help.
