Job Description:
At GPC, the Software Developer is generally responsible for the development, design and implementation of new software products closely linked with ongoing business projects for business growth.
You will work independently and closely with the business development team to ensure our software meets the customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
- Testing and evaluating new programs
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Determining operational practicality
- Developing quality assurance procedures
- Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Training users
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Efficient project management is a key part of this job wherein you have an independent yet team working ability to work across functions seamlessly.
We are a technical regulatory and legal representation firm wherein IT tools are a key part of our operations and thus, we have a dedicated team working within the IT department and you will be a key part of this team driving software development projects.
Experience:
